GateKeeper Docs
Welcome to the confidential GateKeeper documentation!
Getting Started:
Main input/outputs are 4072 IN and VCA OUT. This will route your signal through the Intended signal path until you patch into the individual modules.
You can use ether the 1/8″ jacks or the 1/4″ jacks. The 1/8th” jacks are mirrored to the 1/4″ jacks. It is not recommended using them simultaneously. This may produce audio anomalies since there is no mixing circuit. While it will not hurt anything there may be phase cancellations.
Consider this your default setting:
FIRST TIME USING THE GATEKEEPER:
Make sure all knobs and toggles roughly match the above image.
Notice the indicator marks above the top two input gain knobs.
4072 IN and MULTA IN
These are default positions and will provide a cleaner, less driven sound.
There are default positions for the “Aggression” and “Drone” knobs as well.

Your Intended Signal Flow card will help you understand how the patching works.
Always revert to the default positions if you get lost. Double check your toggles if things do not behave as expected.
IMPORTANT FIRST TIME USERS:
!!! Avoid using the OSC NOISE MODE toggles without engaging the LIMIT toggle. The GateKeeper can produce an extreme range of frequencies.
The LIMIT toggle is your friend until you are familiar with this device and have a good understanding of how it works. Keep your monitoring volume low.

More on the OSC Noise modes later.
